Kwabena Siaka Ph.D(c) is a trauma specialist in private practice, with over 25 years of experience. Kwabena has traveled the world teaching and researching trauma and race from the ground up, investigating the impact of trauma in the everyday lives of Black and Brown individuals and communities and BIPOC marginalized communities in general. This podcast was borne out of a desire to explain why reparations are justified through what we mental health professionals call a trauma-informed lens.
